We’re a small business dedicated to crafting each Ember Noire candle with care and attention. Once your order is placed, our team packs and prepares it for shipping within 1-2 business days.

Delivery Times:

• Australia: Delivery typically takes 2-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• International: Please allow 10-28 business days, though timing may vary based on local customs.

Once dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow your order every step of the way!

For all international orders: 

• Please note that shipments are sent on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning you may need to cover import duties, customs fees, or local taxes to receive your order. As policies vary by country, we recommend checking with your local customs office for details. 
• Rates shown at checkout are based on the customer’s address and the order’s weight and dimensions.
