What are Ember Noire candles made from?
Our candles are made with 100% natural soy wax and pure essential oils. They contain no synthetic fragrances, no paraffin, and no harmful additives, making them a clean and natural choice for your home.
Are your candles suitable for a low-tox home?
Yes. Every Ember Noire candle is formulated without synthetic fragrance, paraffin wax, or harsh chemicals. We use only pure essential oils and natural soy wax, so they're as clean-burning as a candle can be.
How long does an Ember Noire candle burn?
Our candles are designed to burn for approximately 40-50 hours, depending on the size and how well you care for them. Trimming the wick to 5mm before each burn and letting the wax melt fully to the edges on the first burn will help you get the most out of your candle.
How should I care for my candle?
For the best burn, let the wax melt to the edges of the vessel during the first burn to prevent tunnelling. Trim the wick to about 5mm before each use, and avoid burning for more than 4 hours at a time. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We process and dispatch orders within 2-3 business days. Australian delivery typically takes an additional 2-7 business days depending on your location. International orders may take 7-14 business days. You'll receive a tracking link once your order has shipped.
Do you offer returns?
Since each candle is hand-poured to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind. If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damaged item and we'll arrange a replacement.
Are your candles safe for people with sensitivities or allergies?
Our candles use only natural essential oils, which are generally well-tolerated. If you have specific sensitivities to any essential oil, check the ingredient list on each product page or get in touch and we'll help you find the right fit.
Do you offer custom or wholesale orders?

How do I store my candle?
Store your candle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. This preserves both the scent and the wax, keeping it in peak condition between burns.
