Refund policy
We want you to love your Ember Noire purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging
- All items are eligible — no final sale exclusions
- Return shipping is at the customer's expense
- No restocking fees
To start a return, email us at liz@embernoire.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement straight away.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we'll let you know the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post it.
