Shipping Partner
All deliveries are sent via Sendle, a carbon-neutral courier service.

FREE Standard Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $99 within Australia.

Flat Rate for Orders Under $100
For orders under $99, a flat rate of $9.95 applies, Australia-wide.

Delivery Time
Standard shipping usually takes 1–5 business days, depending on your location.

Express Shipping
Need it sooner? Select the Express option at checkout to upgrade for an additional charge.

Tracking
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your order every step of the way.

PO Box Delivery
We’re unable to ship to PO Boxes, as Sendle requires a physical street address. If a PO Box is entered at checkout, we’ll contact you for an alternative address to avoid delays.

International Shipping

Rates
International shipping is calculated at checkout by Sendle, based on your location and the size of your order.

Delivery Time
Allow 7–14 business days for delivery. Please note that timing may vary depending on your local customs process.

Returns & Exchanges

How to Request a Return
To request a return, please email liz@embernoire.com.au within 30 days of purchase. Returns are accepted for unopened and unused items only. For health and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on body care products such as pulse-point rollers.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, we’ll make it right. Simply contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery and include a photo of the damaged item. We’ll arrange a replacement for you as quickly as possible.
