We’re a small business dedicated to crafting each Ember Noire candle with care and attention. Once your order is placed, our team hand-pours, packs, and prepares it for shipping within 2-3 business days.
Delivery Times:
- Australia: Delivery typically takes 2-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- International: Please allow 7-14 business days, though timing may vary based on local customs.
Once dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow your order every step of the way!
For all international orders please note that shipments are sent on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning you may need to cover import duties, customs fees, or local taxes to receive your order. As policies vary by country, we recommend checking with your local customs office for details.
Returns
At Ember Noire, we’re passionate about bringing calm and joy into your home with our candles, so we make sure every order reaches you in perfect condition. Since each candle is made-to-order, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind.
Damaged Items
If your candle arrives damaged, we’ll happily replace it. Just contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the damaged item, and we’ll arrange a replacement for you as soon as possible.
