1. Where are Ember Noire candles made?
All our candles are hand-poured in Sydney, Australia, using natural ingredients and essential oils to ensure a luxurious and eco-friendly experience.

2. What are your candles made from?
Our candles are crafted with natural, vegan-friendly wax and infused with high-quality essential oils. They’re free from synthetic fragrances, paraffin, and any other harmful additives, making them safe for your space and kinder to the environment.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?
We process and dispatch orders within 2-3 business days. For Australian orders, delivery typically takes an additional 2-7 business days depending on your location. International orders may take between 7-14 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has shipped.

4. Do you offer returns?
Since each candle is made-to-order, we can’t accept returns for change of mind. However, if your candle arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damaged item, and we’ll arrange a replacement.

5. How should I care for my candle?
To get the best experience from your Ember Noire candle, we recommend letting the wax melt to the edges during the first burn to avoid tunneling. Trim the wick to about 5mm before each use, and avoid burning your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.

6. Do you offer custom or bulk orders?
Yes! We offer customisation options for corporate gifting, events, or special orders. We also provide wholesale options for stores looking to carry Ember Noire candles. Contact us at liz@embernoire.com.au for more details.

7. Are your candles safe for people with allergies or sensitivities?
Our candles use only natural essential oils, which are generally well-tolerated. However, if you have specific allergies to essential oils, please check the ingredients listed for each candle or get in touch for guidance.

8. How do I store my candle?
To keep your candle at its best, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. This helps preserve the fragrance and wax quality.
